I stayed at the hotel and had a mixed experience. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with free amenities and bonus perks for booking directly. However, the view was disappointing due to construction next door. The service was efficient, but the dining options were not always satisfying. The location was convenient but lacked some desired features, and the facilities were hit-and-miss.

My room on the 2nd floor overlooked a road with a balcony facing a construction site next door. It was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a complimentary fridge and air conditioning. Booking directly came with free transfers, a drink, spa access, and a ticket to The Benidorm Palace for a Surreal Show.
